Submission Instructions:

All bidder(s) must submit this Bid Submission Form as well an acknowledgement that the Silent Auction Terms & Conditions have been read and accepted.  Bidders will be notified at the end of the auction closing date as to the highest bid price and will have the opportunity to increase their bid price to exceed the current high bid until bidding reaches its peak price.

The successful high bidder will be notified within 24 hours of the bid closing date, of acceptance or rejection of the bid offer. In the event that the offer is accepted, the buyer(s) will be required to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement within 2 days of official notification and submit an Earnest Money Deposit to LHM Real Estate.

The property is being offered subject to a reserve price and the seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers presented on a written Purchase and Sale Agreement.
